Early Planning:

  • Appoint a responsible staff member as the Move Coordinator of your company
  • List out all Stationeries, Signage, Letterhead and others to be updated to your new building premises
  • Consider your current office equipment and computers to either Upgrading or Replacement
  • Intimate all the Clients & Suppliers of your New Address like Post Office Box Number, Phone Number, and Street Address
  • Confirm the layout of your New Office Premises
  • Confirm the configuration of Communication Outlet
  • Check the Security & Access requirements of your new office
  • Confirm your Move Date with the Office Removal Company
  • Inform the staff thoroughly about the progress and development about the move

  • Electricity
  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • Pagers
  • Mobile Phones
  • Mail Services
  • Computer communications
  • Change Faxes to display new number
  • Organize Computer and all associated Electronic Equipments

Change of Address:

  • Local Government
  • Inland Revenue Department
  • Companies Offices
  • Insurance Company
  • Financial & Legal Services, like: Accountant, Solicitor, Banks, Brokers and others
  • Suppliers of services like: Press, Public Relations, Couriers, Travel Agents and others
  • Motor Vehicle Registration
  • Cleaners & Gardeners

Prior To Move:

  • Confirm your Moving Plan with the Moving Company
  • Check the value of Insurance during transit.
  • Distribute written Moving Instructions to you and the Moving Company staff if possible.
  • Label all the effects in accordance with the New Floor Plan of your office.
  • Reserve Access Areas such as Parking Meters, Entrance, Loading Docks, Good Lift etc.
  • Notify the landlords if you are moving to a Multi Tenant Building.
